By checking this box, you ("the Client") agree to enter into a Creative Retainer agreement with RP Digital Design Studio ("the Studio") under the following terms:

1. Scope of Work
This retainer includes ongoing creative support on a one-task-at-a-time basis, with unlimited task submissions and up to 2 rounds of revisions per task. Deliverables may include (but are not limited to):

Website edits and add-ons

Social media graphics

Podcast, YouTube, or blog visuals

Program or course portal assets

Client experience and email collateral

Presentation decks

All work is subject to the studio’s review and approval based on fit, capacity, and creative alignment. Turnaround is typically 48–72 hours per task, depending on scope.

2. Payment & Commitment
Client agrees to a 3-month minimum commitment to secure ongoing design support.

Monthly Payment: $1,500/month

Pay-in-Full (3 months): $4,500

No refunds will be provided for any reason once a billing cycle begins. Payment is due on the original billing date regardless of client responsiveness, readiness, or delays.

3. Timeline, Renewal & Cancellation
The retainer begins on the date of payment.

Service renews automatically every 30 days unless canceled after the 3-month minimum.

Client will receive a renewal notice 30 days before the end of their initial term.

Unused time or task capacity does not roll over.

Early cancellations (before the 3-month minimum is complete) are subject to a $1,500 cancellation fee.

To cancel, written notice must be submitted at least 14 days before the next billing date.

4. Studio Access & Workflow
Clients will be invited to a private dashboard (via ClickUp) to manage requests. Only one active task is worked on at a time. The client may submit multiple requests, but only the top-priority task will be in progress until marked complete or approved.

The Studio retains discretion on turnaround times and reserves the right to pause work due to delayed client communication.

5. Ownership, Promotion & Usage
All final deliverables are the client’s property upon full payment. RP Digital Design Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, unless a signed NDA has been mutually agreed upon.
